Eligibility Criteria for NILERD Recruitment 2021:

Educational Qualification:
Director –PhD and Master’s Degree in Economics/Development Studies/ Statistics/ Engineering or Technology/ Business Management or any of the area in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
Joint Director — Master’s Degree in Economics/Development Studies/ Statistics/ Engineering or Technology/ Business Management or any of the area in Social Sciences from a recognized University.

Age limit & Relaxation:
For those post general category candidates, age should be between 30 years to 57 years. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD(UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.

Selection Process:
Those applications correct in all aspects will be shortlisted by the Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development Authority and then call for an interview.

Payscale:
Director — 2,20,000 per month
Joint Director — 1,45,000 per month
