Eligibility Criteria for NFL Recruitment 2022:

Educational Qualification:
For this post candidates should have B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc, Degree, MBA, PG Diploma, CA, CMA from government-recognized universities. Candidates who have relevant degrees from government-recognized organizations can also apply for this post.

Age limit & Relaxation:
Candidates must be at least the maximum age should be 50 years. The maximum age limit is relaxs by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD (UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates If your age is less than or above then you cannot apply. Selection Process:
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for a personal interview. NFL‟s decision regarding eligibility & shortlisting of applications shall be final & binding and no queries or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

Application Fee:
For E-5 to E-6 category candidates – Rs.1000/-
For E-1 to E-4 category candidates – Rs. 700/-
For SC, ST, ExSM, PwBD, and Departmental candidates – No fee.

Payscale:
Selected candidates will pay Rs.40,000/- to Rs.2,40,000/- per month. Other allowances are also paid as per norms of National Fertilizers Limited.
