Eligibility Criteria for MRPL Recruitment 2023:

Educational Qualification:
The candidate should have passed the Degree in Engineering in the respective discipline with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for UR and EWS categories, 45% marks in aggregate for OBC (NCL) category, and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD(Person with Benchmark Disabilities) category. Age limit & Relaxation:

For those post-general category candidates, the age should not be more than a Maximum of 27 years for the Unreserved (UR) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category
candidates. The cutoff date for deciding the maximum permissible age shall be 21/05/2022. Relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC (NCL)/ SC category will be applicable only for the posts reserved for the respective category.

Selection Process:

The selection methodology will comprise Written tests, Group discussions, and personal interviews. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any test, as the case
may be, to the selection process. b) Only those candidates who meet all eligibility criteria, applicable to them, as mentioned in this advertisement for shortlisting for the written tests. c) The candidates will be called for the further selection process in the ratio of 1:5 (i.e. 1 Post: 5 Candidates as per the reservation of posts), based on the marks scored in the written test conducted by MRPL.

a) General, OBC (including non-creamy layer), and EWS category candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) while applying online. Payscale:
Candidates selected as Assistant Engineers/Assistant Executives will receive a starting Basic pay of Rs.50,000/- per month and shall be placed on training cum probation on the pay scale of Rs.50,000- 1,60,000 as per Company Rules. In addition, DA (on IDA pattern), HRA/Township Accommodation, Perks & Allowances under cafeteria approach, and other allowances/benefits as per Company Rules will be
admissible.
