Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force AFCAT Entry Exam 2022
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed Graduation / BE / B.Tech in relevant subjects from a recognized university. For details on post-wise qualifications. Candidates who have a higher degree in relevant fields can also apply for this post.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
For Flying Branch, candidates’ age limit should be between 20 to 24 years and for Ground duty post, the upper age limit will be 26 years as of 01/01/2021. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD (UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates If your age is less than or above then you cannot apply. Candidates can apply online through the website www.afcat.cdac.in or using the link www.careerindianairforce.cdac.in. Candidates first register their name with a valid Aadhaar Card and then fill up the application form within 30/06/2022.
Selection Process:
Selected will be made on the basis of the performance of candidates on the entrance examination. Online AFCAT examination will be conducted on 28 Aug 21, 29 Aug 21, and 30 Aug 21.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs. 250/- as examination fee through online while filling up the application form.
Payscale:
Candidates will pay 56,100 to 1,77,500 per month
