Eligibility Criteria for ICMR-National Institute of Virology Recruitment 2021:

Educational Qualification:
Scientist B — MBBS Degree with one year Research / MD in Microbiology/Community Medicine(PSM)
Research Assistant — Graduate in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Medical Laboratory Technology
Scientist-B Non-Medical — 1st Class Master’s Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Zoology/Virology from a recognized university
Sr. Investigator – Graduate (Three year Degree) from a recognized university

Experience:
Knowledge in computer applications for word processing, audiovisual presentation. 1 Year Experience in
field related to Community Experience in public health/clinical research Experience in molecular diagnostic techniques

Age limit & Relaxation:
For those post general category candidates, their age should be between 28 years to 35 years. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD (UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.

Selection Process:
Depending upon the number of applications shortlisting will be done as per the ICMR selection procedure of research staff in short-term projects. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview over a video conferencing platform on a date and time that will be intimated to the candidate by email.
