Eligibility Criteria for AP Police Recruitment 2023:

Educational Qualification:
For this post, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from government recognized university. Special Reserve Sub Inspector Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Science/arts/commerce from Any Recognized University in India.

Age limit & Relaxation:
For those post candidates, the age should be between Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
Maximum Age Limit: 29 Years
must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1993 and not later than 01-07-2001
Age Relaxation has been given to EWS/ BCs/ SCs/ STs/ Govt Employees/ Armed Force Employees/ NCC Instructor/ Temporary Employees State of Census Department20 years to 28 years. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD(UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.

For Male Candidates:
Height: 168 CM for Gen/ OBC/ SC & 160 CM for ST
Chest: 79-84 for Gen/ OBC/ SC & 77-82 for ST
Running: 4.8 KM Running in 28 Minutes for Gen/ OBC/ SC & 4.8 KM Running in 28 Minutes for ST

For Female Candidates:
Height: 152 CM for Gen/ OBC/ SC & 147 CM for ST
Chest: NA
Running: 2.4 KM Running in 16 Minutes

Selection process:
Candidates will undergo three-stage of the selection process
1. Written Test
2. PET Test
3. Interview

For Local Candidates of AP (OCs, BCs), Non-Local Candidates of AP, EWS: Rs.600/-
For SCs, STs Local AP Candidates: Rs. 300/-
